Returns are managed by the online or retail establishment from which you purchased the product.

RETAIL PURCHASES
For purchases from all online and offline retailers please see their return process for full details. All retail purchases are managed through the retail establishment.

Our products are backed by our 30 day money back guarantee.

If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused Kinsho products purchased from kinshokitchen.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.

To receive your refund in a timely manner, please email us at [email protected] with:

1. The tracking number of your return package (and not your original package)
2. Your original kinshokitchen.com order number
3. The quantity & description of items being returned

We do not accept the following returns:

  • Used items
  • Incomplete items (missing parts)
  • Items without sales receipt from kinshokitchen.com
  • Items received by you more than 30 days ago
  • Items purchased at one of our retailers (domestic or international)
  • Items purchased from online retailers. (including but not limited to Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Sears)

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to Kinsho. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Items that are damaged due to human misuse or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund.
