About Kinsho

Hi, I’m Heather,

I founded kinsho in Boston after writing my 4x award-winning book, Mind to Mouth: A Busy Chick’s Guide to Mindful Meals. I wanted to create products for my family to bring to life the research in the book that shows eating with attention, in moderate portions and with happiness actually makes food taste better.

Our bento boxes make it easy to create visually appealing healthy meals that bring joy and satisfaction to every lunch, wherever you eat!

About the Book

After fixing her tech-triggered choking during working lunches through mindfulness, Kinsho’s founder wrote the 4x award-winning book Mind to Mouth: A Busy Chick’s Guide to Mindful Mealtime Moments.
