Warranty Policy
Kinsho offers industry-leading warranties for a period of 6 months to 2 years from the date of purchase on most lunch boxes and lunch bags as well as select accessories. Please see the instructions in the product for the specific length of your product’s warranty. If needed, you can purchase replacement parts through this website. What does the warranty NOT cover?
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches, discoloration or odors.
- Defects resulting from placing any part of a product that is not dishwasher-safe through a dishwasher cycle.
- Product getting moldy, discolored or misshapen after repeated use.
- Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or damp environments.
- Issues resulting from wear and tear, such as loose latches due to repeated use.
- Products that are resold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner.
- Products without receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products that are not purchased through an authorized Kinsho retailer (online or in-store).
- Misplaced pieces.
- Products eaten by a dog, run over by a car, or dropped from a roof. (Yes, we have been asked ;))
