Make meal-prep easy by filling the bottom box and refrigerating or freezing. Microwave safe for up to 3 minutes and 180℉. (Lid is not microwave safe)

Top Shelf Dishwasher Safe

Just pop the bottom box on the top shelf of a dishwasher for cleanup. Easily rinse and hand wash the lid to preserve the leak-proof seal.

Cheese stick and gogurt go in lunchbox alongside ice pack and this container. Have sent fruit that juices a bit with no problems, We have two in rotation and I hand wash lids and base.
