Key points:
1) Rinse plastic outer box and silicone compartment seals by hand, do NOT put in dishwasher.
2) Stainless steel inner tray is removable and dishwasher safe.
3) TO OPEN: open the steam release circle on the lid FIRST to release the suction.
4) TO CLOSE: firmly close the lid and close the steam release circle LAST to lock in the suction.
